Wedding Invites

As you may know i am getting married this August.  We are skint so organising the whole thing has been relatively easy; it's amazing how many things it turns out you don't need when you can't afford anything!  The thing that is annoying me though is the response to invites.  In part this is my fault - I slightly over invited for the ceremony because everyone told me some people would cancel -  and so far no one has! People inviting themselves and their partners to the ceremony is also a pain, as we really don't have the space but, again, i can live with that.  The thing really bugging me is someone umming and ahhing over whether they can make the reception.  It's an invite, accept graciously and either come or say you can't come for whatever reason! This particular "ummer" is from work.  I have invited everyone from my small company to my reception.  The people i care about I have invited to the ceremony as well.   I really don't mind if you can't make it, but everyone else from work has accepted their invite graciously and no-one else has felt the need to make such a production about it!

New game, loving it! I know the concept of a game, the main point of which is to kill people in interesting and inventive ways, probably violates many of my principles, and let's face it Take a Break's Mum's Army would hate it.  but it's so much fun!
